What is a Dri-fit shirt and shorts?

This is the "uniform" the students will wear so they look similar during rehearsals, parades, and some football games and other events. Students are usually asked to wear the shirt and shorts under their marching uniform, so it is imperative that all students have clean shirts and shorts ready to go.

What is a water jug?

Water is a necessity for our kiddos to keep hydrated during hours-long practices, whether they are outside or inside. The directors require students to come to school on rehearsal, game, and competition days with ice and water already in their jugs. Tip: write your child's name on their jug with a Sharpie so they know which one is theirs and someone can get it to them should they forget it somewhere (Oh yes, they do this - check the lost and found during marching season if you think we're kidding).

Freshman or new to Elkins Band/Guard?

Incoming Freshmen or those new to the Elkins Band Program receive one shirt, one pair of shorts, and one half-gallon water jug for free.

Order a replacement set of shirt and shorts!

No, this is not our way of charging you more. These items will be in frequent use, so having more than one shirt and shorts will help your child have a clean uniform for days when they wear the shirt and shorts in close proximity. For example, a Friday game and Saturday competition.

But wait, there's more!

Students often forget their dri-fit shirt and shorts on days when they’re required. When this happens, we must provide replacements and send an invoice for $20 per item, as these pieces are essential parts of the uniform for game days, contests, and concerts.

How to fill out this form:

1. Choose the quantity (number) of items you'd like to buy. For example, 3.
2. Next, choose a shorts size from the "Select Size Option."

If paying by Credit Card:

Select Pay in Full, fill out the form and click "Add to Cart." There will be a credit card processing fee.

If paying by Zelle: At check-out, select "Pay Later." Click "Add to Cart." After all items are in your cart, transfer money to the email address: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com which comes up as Elkins Band Booster Club. Put your student's name and items purchasing (e.g. Sue Smith - band fees). Do not pay by credit card on the final page if paying by Zelle. You will receive an invoice, but you don't need to pay since you already paid by Zelle.

If paying by Check: At check-out, select "Pay Later." Make the check out to "Elkins Band Booster Club" and send to school with your child to give to Mr. Chen. You will receive an invoice that will be your reminder to send in your check.

After you've added all the items you want to the cart, check out by clicking the cart on the upper righthand side of the screen.
