Elkins High School Band

The Texas Music Educators Association Region 13 High School Region Jazz Audition is approaching. This is an exciting opportunity for our band students to demonstrate growth on their instrument and playing ability in an individual competitive jazz setting.

The auditions take place on Tuesday, September 23, at Fulshear HS. Buses will not be provided; students will need to find their own transportation to and from the audition. If students are placed into the region jazz band, they will need to ensure that they are available the weekend of January 23rd- 24th, 2026 for the Jazz Region Clinic and Concert.

There is a $30 entry fee required to audition.
