What is a Dri-fit shirt and shorts?

This is the "uniform" the students will wear so they look similar during rehearsals, parades, and some football games and other events. Students are usually asked to wear the shirt and shorts under their marching uniform, so it is imperative that all students have clean shirts and shorts ready to go.

What is a water jug?

Water is a necessity for our kiddos to keep hydrated during hours-long practices, whether they are outside or inside. The directors require students to come to school on rehearsal, game, and competition days with ice and water already in their jugs. Tip: write your child's name on their jug with a Sharpie so they know which one is theirs and someone can get it to them should they forget it somewhere (Oh yes, they do this - check the lost and found during marching season if you think we're kidding).

Freshman or new to Elkins Band/Guard?

Incoming Freshmen or those new to the Elkins Band Program receive one shirt, one pair of shorts, and one half-gallon water jug as part of their band fees.

Order a replacement set of shirt and shorts!

No, this is not our way of charging you more. These items will be in frequent use, so having more than one shirt and shorts will help your child have a clean uniform for days when they wear the shirt and shorts in close proximity. For example, a Friday game and Saturday competition.

But wait, there's more!

Students are always forgetting their dri-fit shirt and shorts on days when they need them. Unfortunately, when this happens, we have to send an invoice home with your student and charge you $20, for each item needed, whenever this happens because they are vital to the student's uniform on game says, contests, or concerts.

How to fill out this form:

1. Choose the quantity (number) of items you'd like to buy. For example, 3.
2. If purchasing a shirt, choose your size under the "Select Shirt Size" option. If buying more than one, repeat this for "Select Shirt Size for 2nd shirt."
3. If purchasing shorts, choose your size under the "Select Shorts Size" option. If buying more than one, repeat this for "Select Shorts Size for 2nd shorts."
4. If purchasing a water jug, choose "Yes" when asked. Otherwise, choose "No."
5. During check-out, if you chose to buy 3 items, you should have one shirt, one shorts, and one water jug. Or a combination or those three for a total of $60.

If paying by Credit Card:

Select Pay in Full, fill out the form and add to cart. Processing fees apply.

If paying by Zelle: 

Select “Pay Later,” fill out the form, and add to cart. At check-out, transfer total fees to the email address: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Use the name Elkins Band Booster Club. Put your student's name and "Registration Day." (e.g. Sue Smith - Registration Day). Zelle: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Provide Zelle confirmation number to parent for the registration sheet.You will get an invoice, but you don't need to pay it since you already paid with Zelle.

If paying by Check:

Select “Pay Later,” fill out the form, and add to cart. At check-out, make the check out to "Elkins Band Booster Club" and submit then or send to school with your child to give to Mr. Chen. You will get an invoice, to serve as your reminder to send in the check if you haven’t. DUE JULY 31.
