No Game Day Meals Option - $50; with pizza night option

All payments are due July 31! 


Those not choosing to purchase game day meals must choose the $50 option which will go toward your child's meals on contest days.


Some things to be aware of with this option:

  • Plan to bring meals to your child on those days before the time they eat. Must not be something that needs to be reheated or refrigerated.
  • Do not plan to bring food to the game for your student. It must be at school with them that day or packed with them for the games.
  • If you don't sign up for meals, be aware there is not extra food. It is your responsibility to get food to your child.
  • Students may not eat while in uniform.


If paying by Credit Card:

Select Pay in Full, fill out the form and add to cart. Processing fees apply.


If paying by Zelle: 

Select “Pay Later,” fill out the form, and add to cart. At check-out, transfer total fees to the email address: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Use the name Elkins Band Booster Club. Put your student's name and "Registration Day." (e.g. Sue Smith - Registration Day). Zelle: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Provide Zelle confirmation number to parent for the registration sheet.You will get an invoice, but you don't need to pay it since you already paid with Zelle.


If paying by Check:

Select “Pay Later,” fill out the form, and add to cart. At check-out, make the check out to "Elkins Band Booster Club" and submit then or send to school with your child to give to Mr. Chen. You will get an invoice, to serve as your reminder to send in the check if you haven’t. DUE JULY 31.
