About Game Day meals:
On certain game days, the booster club will bring in meals for those students who have prepaid for them. These are optional, but students who opt out should plan to have food with them at school on game days that does not need to be reheated or refrigerated. It is much easier to pre-purchase tailgate meals for your student ahead of time.
Each meal listing includes a vegetarian option that can be ordered even if your student is not a vegetarian.
Pizza for evening rehearsals: There is also an option to order pizza for select evening rehearsals on Aug 22, 29; and Sept 4, 10, 19, 25. If interested, you will choose two slices or three slices. This is an all-or-nothing option and proceeds will go toward the percussion's Midwest trip in December.

Dietary restrictions:
Please let us know if your child is vegetarian, vegan, and/or has any additional dietary restrictions.
Want to order two meals for each day?
No problem! Simply fill out the form a second time and pay again.
Don't want meals?
If you choose not to purchase game day meals, you must go back into the store and choose the $50 option, which will go toward your child's meals on contest days.
Notes:
- Students may not eat while in uniform.
- If you don't sign up for any meals, plan to bring meals to your child on those days before the time they eat. Must not be something that needs to be reheated or refrigerated.
- If you don't sign up for meals, be aware there is not extra food.
- Do not plan to bring food to the game for your student. It must be at school with them that day or packed with them for the games.
If paying by Credit Card:
Select Pay in Full and proceed. Processing fees apply.
If paying by Zelle: At check-out, select "Pay Later" and then transfer money to the email address: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Use the name Elkins Band Booster Club. Put your student's name and "Game Day Meal." (e.g. Sue Smith - Game Day Meal). Zelle: elkinsbandzelle@gmail.com. Add the Zelle confirmation number into the field where asked. You will get an invoice, but you don't need to pay it since you already paid with Zelle.
If paying by Check: At check-out, select "Pay Later." Make the check out to "Elkins Band Booster Club" and send to school with your child to give to Mr. Chen. Add the check number into the field where asked. You will get an invoice as a reminder to send in your check.
