Elkins Band & Guard Family,

If you have a senior in Band or Guard, this is a friendly reminder that senior slideshow photos are now overdue. We would love to include your student in this special tribute! Please submit 5 photos that capture their journey—one from baby days, elementary school, middle school, early high school, and a senior photo. We kindly ask each senior family to send these in as soon as possible to Secretary@elkinsband.org. Thank you for helping us celebrate our amazing seniors! 

This week, our Concert, Symphonic, and Wind Ensemble students will be performing at Pre-UIL at Crawford High School. If your schedule allows, we would love for you to come out and support them:

• Concert Band: Wednesday, April 1 at 1:00 PM
• Symphonic Band: Thursday, April 2 at 9:30 AM
• Wind Ensemble: Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 PM

Get ready to pop into one of our tastiest fundraisers of the year!  The Elkins Band & Guard Popcorn Fundraiser kicks off on April 8 and runs through April 22. It’s a fun and easy way to support our students—and the best part is that Band and Guard earn 50% of all sales. Keep an eye out for more details coming soon and thank you in advance for supporting our amazing program!

Spring Banquet tickets are on sale

This year’s banquet will take place on Friday, May 22nd from 6:00–10:00 PM at Quail Valley Golf Club. This is a family event, so feel free to bring friends and family to celebrate the year with us.

Tickets can be purchased through the Elkins Booster Hub — click here https://elkinsband.boosterhub.com/store/10324  to register for the event.  Graduating seniors are free, but they need to register with that ticket option to be counted as attending. The free ticket option only applies to graduating seniors. Any reservations under that ticket option that is not for a graduating senior will be voided

The dress code is Sunday best / business casual. Please note that jeans, shorts, T-shirts, and flip flops are not permitted, and school dress code policies will apply.

All banquet tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales will close on May 1st, and we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or sell tickets at the door, so be sure to secure yours early!
