Senior Slide Show Photos Due March 31^st

Each year we celebrate our Seniors with a special slideshow featuring photos from throughout their journey — from baby days, to elementary and middle school, through early high school, and finally their Senior photos. We are asking each Senior family to please submit five photos (one from each stage) by March 30th. Photos should be emailed to Secretary@elkinsband.org so we have plenty of time to prepare everything ahead of the Spring Banquet.

When sending your photos, please include your Senior’s first and last name in the subject line so we can easily organize them and ensure every student is included and correctly identified. We kindly ask that you don’t wait until the last minute — it helps us tremendously as we put this special tribute together!

Spring Banquet tickets are now on sale!

This year’s banquet will take place on Friday, May 22nd from 6:00–10:00 PM at Quail Valley Golf Club. This is a family event, so feel free to bring friends and family to celebrate the year with us. Tickets can be purchased through the Elkins Booster Hub — click HERE to register for the event.  

Graduating seniors are free, but they need to register with that ticket option to be counted as attending. The free ticket option only applies to graduating seniors. Any reservations under that ticket option that is not for a graduating senior will be voided.

The dress code is Sunday best / business casual. Please note that jeans, shorts, T-shirts, and flip flops are not permitted, and school dress code policies will apply.

All banquet tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales will close on May 1st, and we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or sell tickets at the door, so be sure to secure yours early!
