Hawaii Trip Communication & T-Shirt Info

Our Hawaii trip participants will be using GroupSpot as our communication app during the trip. This will be our go-to place for daily updates, important reminders, and fun photos—so parents at home can follow along and see what their kiddo is up to each day.  Chaperones, students, and parents can join using this link: https://get.groupspot.app/mS3LB

Trip T-Shirt: We also have a special group T-shirt designed just for this trip! The order form will be emailed to all participants and will be available on BoosterHub later this week. Keep an eye out so you don’t miss it!

Silent Auction Donations Needed 

Do you have an item you’d be willing to donate to our silent auction? We are looking for both physical items—such as a new television, tablet, or gift basket—as well as experience-based donations like tickets, lessons, or adventures (zip lining, anyone?). Every contribution helps and is greatly appreciated!

Senior Slideshow Pictures – Due March 31st!

Each year we honor our Seniors with a slide show that showcases photos from baby days, elementary, middle school, early high school, and finally Senior photos. We are asking for 5 photos (one from each category) to be emailed to Secretary@elkinsband.org no later than March 30th. This will allow us time to put everythingtogether before our spring banquet.  In the email subject line, please provide your senior's first and last name so I can organize the photos by student and be sure no student is misidentified and so I can be sure we've got photos for every student.  Please don't wait until the last minute!

Band & Guard Annual Banquet – May 22^nd

We are excited to share that our annual Band and Guard Banquet will be held on Friday, May 22 at Quail Valley Golf Club. Tickets will be $45 per person, including seniors. Registration will open at the beginning of March—more details coming soon!
