Elkins Band and Guard Family,

We are at the tail end of the semester, just two days to go!   We have a few reminders in this week’s email before we break for the holidays.

Don’t’ forget that we have Spirit Night this Thursday, December 18th at Mod Pizza (18931 University Blvd, Suite 1000).  Mod Pizza will give back 25% on your bill.  This Thursday is an early release day; this is a great opportunity for your student can stop by and pick up lunch.  Feel free to share the attached PDF with your supporters.  Use code MODGIVES25 for dine- in, take-out, or delivery orders.

Volunteer Needs

• Saturday, January 10^th – Area Band Auditions at Shadow Creek High School; We need volunteers to supervise and safeguard students’ personal items bags, instruments, and belongings while they attend their auditions.
• Friday, January 16^th – Mega Band; 8^th grade students will come to play with the band; we will need parent to help serve pizza
