NOTES: 

• To pay by Zelle you must choose the "Pay Later" option for all of your items. Keep track of your total, and pay in the final item, adding the confirmation code at the bottom before adding it to cart. 
• Pay in Full and Payment Plan options are credit card only. 
• If you add more than 1 item to your cart, payment methods must be the same on all items. For example, all Pay Later or all Pay in Full. 
• Do not fill out the same form twice.
