Hello Band Family!

Get ready to kick off an incredible marching season at our 2026 May Marching Camp! 

This is where the excitement begins with new music, new moves, new members and the first steps toward an unforgettable show.

We will feed the kids lunch – pizza, chips, and cookies. 

We need volunteers to help us set up for lunch and serve our hungry students on Saturday. 

We will be measuring freshmen for their uniform shirt and bibbers. Should start at lunch and go until we finish. 

We will be introducing new parents to their section liaisons and ways to get involved. 

Parents will come at 3:30 pm to a Section gathering. A great opportunity to meet our new parents and show them our support and ways for them to get involved. 

We will hold a volunteer fair. Highlighting ways to help from home, occasionally at schooI, after school, evenings or weekends. 

Tentative timeline:

8 - 10 AM Measure Freshmen

10:45 AM Pick up Pizza

10:45 AM Set up for and serve lunch

3:30 - 4:00 PM Section Gathering & Volunteer Fair

4:00 - 4:20 PM Parent Showcase

4:20 - 5:00 PM Parent meeting & Volunteer Fair
